Chad sold my house in less than two months. I was out of town for much of the process and had a lot of repetitive questions, but he was always patient, responsive, and easy to work with. I am incredibly meticulous about decor, organization and cleanliness, but I firmly believe that my OCD ways😁 in combination with the video Chad created to showcase my home, along with his relatable, down to earth charisma and knowledge of the local market/community were some of the top reasons my house sold. Chad was professional and easy to trust from start to finish. He related messages via text and also used email for vital documents. Equally important was how easy it was to get on a call with him. He accepted my feedback without frustration and never came across as pushy or as a flashy realtor that lacks personal connection. My advice to anyone selling their home is to keep it clean, organized, and ready to show (it really does help). Pair that with an honest agent who knows the area and the market, and you'll give yourself the best chance for a quick sale. Chad was exactly that, and I'd recommend him without hesitation.

Chad closed his 3rd deal with us today and this one was probably the hardest and certainly the longest. We found Chad 6 years ago, he has stayed in touch with us ever since and when it came time to buy another home, there was on one logical person to help us through the process. Timely, honest and will do whatever is necessary is some words I would use to describe him. We personally could not be happier and will never look elsewhere for a different agent. Chad has been a wonderful realtor for us as we made our move from Ohio to Florida. We had been contemplating this move for quite some time, and finally decided it was time to go for it. We first reached out to Chad nearly a year before our move and he provided us with a lot of great tips and information about moving to Central Florida. We actually had a few other realtors we planned to call and check out, but after talking to him, we knew he was our guy and called off the search. He clearly knew the area well and was very personable, and those qualities were important to us. Our schedules only allowed us one weekend in Orlando to tour houses, and he made sure he was available for us while we were there. We were impressed with how organized and prepared he was for us once we arrived. We ultimately decided on new construction, and he secured a great price for us on the home that we chose. It was such a blessing having him on our side as we navigated a new construction purchase, which was something we had never done before. He attended meetings on our behalf when it was difficult for us to travel and FaceTimed us in so we could join. He was quick to respond any time we had questions or concerns, or when we just didn’t understand something and needed clarification. He handled things we didn’t want to handle ourselves, such as lining up an inspection to match a tight builder timeline. Perhaps most importantly, he was a strong advocate for our best interests when situations warranted it. He is a great guy and he is extremely good at what he does. We highly recommend him to anyone buying a house in the Orlando area, and especially to those moving from out of state. He makes a difficult process a whole lot easier!

I would not recommend Chad Vaughan to any first-time homebuyer. We have a complex credit situation but a strong household income. I was upfront about this via text/email because I didn't want to waste anyone's time. We scheduled a call for Tuesday at 4:00 PM. He completely ghosted the call. No text, no heads up. He didn't reach out until 7:00 PM asking if I was "available by chance." When we finally spoke, his demeanor was incredibly discouraging and pessimistic. Instead of being a problem-solver or an advocate, he was condescending about our price range and our neighborhood goals. A realtor should be in your corner, motivating you; Chad did the opposite and actually put a damper on our excitement about buying a home. He promised to do research and get back to us by the next business day (Wednesday). It is now Thursday morning and I have heard absolutely nothing. I contacted another realtor the same day who was encouraging, professional, and sent us potential homes within hours. It’s clear Chad only wants to put effort into "easy" or high-end clients. If you are a first-time buyer looking for a partner who will actually work for you, look elsewhere.
