We prayed, and Chad and his team immediately launched into action. Chad worked wonders behind the scenes, navigating a very complicated situation and helping get everything back on track. Against what seemed like impossible odds, we officially closed on our new home just three days later! Chad closed his 3rd deal with us today and this one was probably the hardest and certainly the longest. We found Chad 6 years ago, he has stayed in touch with us ever since and when it came time to buy another home, there was on one logical person to help us through the process. Perhaps most importantly, he was a strong advocate for our best interests when situations warranted it. He is a great guy and he is extremely good at what he does. We highly recommend him to anyone buying a house in the Orlando area, and especially to those moving from out of state. He makes a difficult process a whole lot easier!

I would not recommend Chad Vaughan to any first-time homebuyer. We have a complex credit situation but a strong household income. I was upfront about this via text/email because I didn't want to waste anyone's time. We scheduled a call for Tuesday at 4:00 PM. He completely ghosted the call. No text, no heads up. He didn't reach out until 7:00 PM asking if I was "available by chance." When we finally spoke, his demeanor was incredibly discouraging and pessimistic. Instead of being a problem-solver or an advocate, he was condescending about our price range and our neighborhood goals. A realtor should be in your corner, motivating you; Chad did the opposite and actually put a damper on our excitement about buying a home. He promised to do research and get back to us by the next business day (Wednesday). It is now Thursday morning and I have heard absolutely nothing. I contacted another realtor the same day who was encouraging, professional, and sent us potential homes within hours. It’s clear Chad only wants to put effort into "easy" or high-end clients. If you are a first-time buyer looking for a partner who will actually work for you, look elsewhere.

Our family of six was making a huge transition from the Central Valley in CA to the south Orlando area. Thinking about finding a home from across the country seemed really stressful, but Chad was so great to set up a home search based on what we were looking for and go to homes we were interested in to give us a virtual tour. We appreciated his attention to detail. Once we moved here, we were able to go on home tours with Chad. We had a pretty specific layout in mind, and he was very patient as we looked. DO NOT build a new home without a real estate agent!!! You do not want to play that fun game of “F around and find out” with your biggest investment. We built a new home in Kissimmee, FL and ran into several issues with the builder during the eight month build process. I learned very quickly that the builder takes you more seriously once your real estate agent gets involved. Anytime we had a problem I’d text Chad and he’d respond right away and just handle it. He’s fast, relentless, and actually fights for you. He’s not one of those agents who just asks the builder a question and relays the answer, nope! This man goes to battle for you until you get the result you’re happy with. When we first signed our sales contract one of the papers I signed was an “included feature sheet” one of the included features was solid surface window sills. Fast forward seven months to our final walkthrough and there’s no window sills at all! Chad immediately called out the builder who tried to say I’d signed an “old” feature sheet because their marketing team forgot to give me the updated one. Chad fired back and legit said “It’s not the buyer’s responsibility to make sure your marketing team does their job.” 😂 Chads comebacks are my favorite. Long story short, I now have the only house in my neighborhood with beautiful white marble window sills. Chad also saved us big time with our private inspection. The inspector he lined up did a sewer-scope camera check and found a major busted sewer pipe out front by the road. If we hadn’t caught that prior to closing nasty poopy sewer water would’ve eventually backed up into our brand new home 🤢 Chad made sure the builder dug up the yard, replaced the lines, and sent proof of the repairs before closing. So picture this… 3 days before closing, there were guys inside installing new window sills and guys outside digging up the front yard all because Chad refused to let anything slide. Chad is hands down the best. What you see on Instagram is exactly what you get in person. He’s straightforward, down to earth, always on time, and always responds super fast to everything. He even helped me two months after closing with a random issue I had with the title company. He truly goes above and beyond and somehow still makes you feel like you’re his only client. I’m so thankful I found my agent for life 🫶🏻
