Chad did an awesome job as our real estate agent! I knew he would be the guy for the job when I saw his YouTube videos. He shared information openly and honestly, and that held true when we met up to look at houses too. He made us feel comfortable asking questions- and we had a lot of them! Chad made finding a new home states away so much easier than we expected. He also got us in to see every property we wanted to check out, which meant we could move quickly and confidently with his help. If we ever move again, Chad's the first person we're calling!

Chad sold my house in less than two months. I was out of town for much of the process and had a lot of repetitive questions, but he was always patient, responsive, and easy to work with. I am incredibly meticulous about decor, organization and cleanliness, but I firmly believe that my OCD ways😁 in combination with the video Chad created to showcase my home, along with his relatable, down to earth charisma and knowledge of the local market/community were some of the top reasons my house sold. Chad was professional and easy to trust from start to finish. He related messages via text and also used email for vital documents. Equally important was how easy it was to get on a call with him. He accepted my feedback without frustration and never came across as pushy or as a flashy realtor that lacks personal connection. My advice to anyone selling their home is to keep it clean, organized, and ready to show (it really does help). Pair that with an honest agent who knows the area and the market, and you'll give yourself the best chance for a quick sale. Chad was exactly that, and I'd recommend him without hesitation.

Chad closed his 3rd deal with us today and this one was probably the hardest and certainly the longest. We found Chad 6 years ago, he has stayed in touch with us ever since and when it came time to buy another home, there was on one logical person to help us through the process. Timely, honest and will do whatever is necessary is some words I would use to describe him. We personally could not be happier and will never look elsewhere for a different agent. This particular deal was extremely difficult that tested our patience and resolve and if not for Chad having our back every step of the way im not sure we would have made it to today. Fantastic realtor, even better human. Thank you Chad for everything during this deal and everything in between. If I could give 6 stars I would. Highly reccomend to anybody looking to purchase or sell a home in the cental florida area.
