What prompted our move was to help my in laws out and also for better job opportunities. The area we moved from was St. Cloud, Florida to Largo, Florida. The type of realtor we were looking for was a honesty, and reasonable price. The thing that stood out the most to us was the engineer certificate which was a hassle to get but with the help of Chad we finally got it. If you are selling a manufactured home make that has a carport attached make sure that the engineer certificate is in your paperwork prior to listing the house
