DO NOT build a new home without a real estate agent!!! You do not want to play that fun game of “F around and find out” with your biggest investment. We built a new home in Kissimmee, FL and ran into several issues with the builder during the eight month build process. I learned very quickly that the builder takes you more seriously once your real estate agent gets involved. Anytime we had a problem I’d text Chad and he’d respond right away and just handle it. He’s fast, relentless, and actually fights for you. He’s not one of those agents who just asks the builder a question and relays the answer, nope! This man goes to battle for you until you get the result you’re happy with. Honestly, I think he enjoys the fight lol For example, when we first signed our sales contract one of the papers I signed was an “included feature sheet” one of the included features was solid surface window sills. Fast forward seven months to our final walkthrough and there’s no window sills at all! Chad immediately called out the builder who tried to say I’d signed an “old” feature sheet because their marketing team forgot to give me the updated one. Chad fired back and legit said “It’s not the buyer’s responsibility to make sure your marketing team does their job.” 😂 Chads comebacks are my favorite. Long story short, I now have the only house in my neighborhood with beautiful white marble window sills. Chad also saved us big time with our private inspection. The inspector he lined up did a sewer-scope camera check and found a major busted sewer pipe out front by the road. If we hadn’t caught that nasty poopy sewer water would’ve eventually backed up into our brand new home 🤢 Chad made sure the builder dug up the yard, replaced the lines, and sent proof of the repairs all before closing. So picture this… 3 days before closing, there were guys inside installing new window sills and guys outside digging up the front yard all because Chad refused to let anything slide. Chad is hands down the best. What you see on Instagram is exactly what you get in person. He’s straightforward, down to earth, always on time, and always responds super fast to everything. He even helped me two months after closing with a random issue I had with the title company. He truly goes above and beyond and somehow still makes you feel like you’re his only client. I’m so thankful I found my agent for life 🫶🏻
